Position Description
We are looking for a new Talent Officer to join our People team, within an international team of 5 people based in Barcelona, Paris, and Nantes.
Main Tasks
- Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
- Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
- Sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn.
- Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls.
- Managing hiring processes via our ATS (Workable).
- Placing job ads and verifying references.
- Fostering great relationships with hiring managers to maintain high candidate standards.
- Preparing monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
- Ensuring implementation and improvement of hiring processes.
- Deliver exceptional onboarding experience for new starters.
- Administering all paperwork related to hiring.
- Working with HR to enhance the company’s attractiveness through policy improvements.

Requirements
Experiences and Skills
- Mandatory: Perfect command of French & English.
- Important: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organization, and rigor, capacity for analysis and synthesis.
- Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn recruiter tool and first recruitment experience.
