Design Lead Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Design Lead to join our product team and help shape a new, frictionless logistics experience.
As a Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading discovery processes, prioritizing solutions, and designing high-impact features.
You will work closely with engineers, data, and product managers to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery processes to understand customer problems and opportunities
- Prioritize solutions with product managers
- Design high-impact features to address customer problems
- Fine-tune designs based on internal and external feedback
- Write in-app content to ensure effective communication
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in end-to-end UI/UX design at a product-driven tech company
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Framer, Origami)
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems
- Fluency in French and English
- Portfolio of design projects showcasing your skills and understanding of the design process
