Marketplace Account Manager
As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new businesses to join the Amazon Marketplace in France. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with these businesses, educate them on the benefits of selling on Amazon, and support them in developing their business on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new businesses to join the Amazon Marketplace in France
- Build trusting relationships with partner sellers and support them in developing their business on Amazon
- Work with partner sellers on key account management levers to maximize their sales performance across all Amazon Marketplaces in Europe
- Train partner sellers on the tools available in the management interface (Seller Central account) to ensure their autonomy
- Be proactive and manage improvement projects such as new tools or processes
- Develop new skills by working on cross-functional projects in an international environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a Business School or an Engineering School (or equivalent university education)
- Strong interest in the e-commerce sector
- Excellent level of French and English
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment, good management of complexity
- Ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more successful commercial experiences in managing customer accounts
- Experience in the e-commerce sector, in account management, sales, or consulting
- Ability to exceed marketing/conversion targets using a consulting approach focused on solutions
