GAPP LEKINGSTORE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team in Charenton-le-Pont. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our online store, with the goal of optimizing sales and improving the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Online Store Management: Ensure the website is up-to-date and well-maintained, manage the product catalog, and optimize article presentation.
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement online sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute online marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media) to attract and retain customers.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in ecommerce management or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in website management tools and ecommerce platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools.
- Digital Marketing: Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Project Management: Proven project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Language: Fluency in French, English is a plus.
