Position Overview
As a Digital Retail Marketing Lead at Accor, you will play a key role in deploying the company’s e-retail strategy globally. Reporting to the Global E-Retail Director, your primary objective will be to grow associated revenues and participate in the deployment of the e-retail strategy for the group and its brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with brands’ marketing teams, business units’ CRM teams, Loyalty, E-commerce & Customer Engagement teams, and the third-party operating the online distribution and logistics platform.
- Increase e-stores’ awareness and build significant customer bases.
- Maximize sales revenues and deploy annual e-retail animation & marketing plans.
- Develop in-hotel visibility and manage marketing budgets.
- Analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct price competitiveness analysis and assist in store redesign.
- Implement e-commerce best practices and support the development of retail media activities.
