E-Commerce Specialist
We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to join our Marketing team in our Cosmetics Business Unit based in Courbevoie, France.
How You Make The Difference
This role is essential for Bolton as you will be responsible for driving the online success of Somatoline Cosmetic. Your contributions will directly impact online sales, customer experience, and the implementation of effective digital strategies.
How Your Agenda Looks Like
- Develop E-Commerce Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to boost online sales for Somatoline Cosmetic.
- Website Management: Oversee and optimize the website to ensure smooth navigation and an optimal user experience.
- Analyze Website Performance: Track and analyze key metrics (traffic, conversion rate, average basket size, etc.) and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, email marketing, social media) in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Manage External Partnerships: Oversee relationships with external partners such as web agencies and developers.
- Stay Updated on Market Trends: Monitor market trends and technological advancements to propose innovative solutions.
- Stock and Logistics Management: Oversee stock management and logistics in relation to online sales.
- Team Management: Supervise the work of an e-commerce apprentice.
Your Team
You will report directly to the E-Commerce Manager. This role will involve working closely with the marketing and sales teams, as well as managing the relationship with external providers. This position includes supervising one apprentice.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of significant experience in managing e-commerce websites.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Expertise in SEO and SEA techniques.
- Experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in French, with a good level of English.
- Interest in the cosmetics sector is a plus.
- Autonomous, dynamic, creative, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
