We may be looking for your profile for our Data Analyst position!
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various analytics platforms (Piano, Content Square, Dynamic Yield, Algolia, etc.).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets to provide actionable insights to the business team.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, return rates, consumer behavior, and sales performance.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, A/B testing, and pricing strategies.
- Provide recommendations to optimize the customer journey and improve the user experience at the local level.
Data Management
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust validation and data cleansing processes with the global data team.
- Collaborate with the global data team and other departments to integrate data from various sources.
- Support analytics training in collaboration with the global data and analytics team (due to a migration from Adobe Analytics to Piano).
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 5 years in digital analysis, including conducting analyses, creating presentations, and comfortable with presenting.
- Education: Minimum of a Master’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Languages: Fluent English. French is a plus.
- Tools:
- Excellent proficiency required with Content Square.
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Piano is preferred.
