- On-site presence on a weekly basis (in Antony) / 3 days office – 2 days home office

The role will be expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows, as the management team is expecting E-Commerce to be a key channel to keep our brand ahead of the strong growth curve that we are already on. The E-Commerce Account Manager in France will play a critical role in creating substantial opportunities with strategic partners in the E-Commerce business.

Responsibilities
The E-Commerce Account Manager will be responsible for the daily running and all activities associated with our E-Commerce business in France. It is an opportunity for a motivated professional to join a dynamic sales and marketing team.
Organizational Relationships
- Work closely with the E-commerce Director, Sales Teams, Product Management, Finance & Operations, Marketing (Brand & Acquisition).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborative planning and working with local and central Sales and Marketing teams.
- Learn to build and launch online marketing plans to support quarterly targets under EMEA lead.
- Create NPI (new product introduction) from planning to launch and product lifecycle management.
- Manage all pure player online accounts including Amazon and DTC.
- Ensure Amazon fundamentals maximize discoverability and sales conversion.
- Monitor stock levels of Ecommerce players to ensure optimal product availability, measured with daily KPIs.
- Implement official price policies and actions from product managers.
- Devise and monitor marketing campaigns, amend stock levels against sales performance.
- Report weekly to VPs/top management on EMEA core metrics.
- Manage new launch review programs.
Additional Sales Support and Analytics
- Every Monday morning, collect sales reports (Vendor Central) and convert them to account € POS reporting.
- Support customer marketing requests.
