A Day in the Future Job
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce analytics strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and market trends.
- End-to-End Ownership: Take ownership of e-commerce analytics tools and processes across all e-commerce platforms, including marketplaces, pure players, and e-retailers.
- Data Insights: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to derive actionable insights from e-commerce data, including sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize e-commerce performance through data-driven decision-making, including pricing optimization, product assortment planning, and promotional strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, Tech & IT, and supply chain, to drive alignment and integration of e-commerce analytics initiatives.
- Stakeholder & Budget Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and priorities and ensure timely delivery of insights and solutions.
Key Requirements
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- E-commerce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, market dynamics, and consumer behavior in the digital space.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into analytics initiatives and actionable recommendations.
