Job Description
As a Country Manager Assistant, you will be directly assigned to one of our Country Managers in charge of our markets (Germany/Switzerland, the UK and Italy). Your primary responsibility will be to develop and adopt your country’s strategy, working closely with the Country Manager to identify growth drivers and propose suitable action plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis & Strategy: Analyse the competitive environment, optimise service and special operations performance, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial and digital performance.
- Digital Marketing: Choose daily offers to meet customer needs, define product mixes, and manage special operations on the website.
- Business Development: Identify growth drivers with marketing and purchasing experts, propose action plans, and manage implementation and coordination with various departments.

- Student of business studies/engineering or equivalent at undergraduate or postgraduate level.
- Organised, analytical, and a fan of numbers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Adaptable and positive attitude, with ability to work under operational pressure and tight deadlines.
- Able to surpass themselves every day to achieve and exceed goals.
- Very good level of English essential, knowledge of market language a plus.
