Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Headquarter E-Commerce Team as an E-Commerce Platform Coordinator. You will play a vital role in managing the daily operations of our website’s back office, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of customer journeys and seamless online shopping experiences.
Main Responsibilities
Product Launches
- Implement global customer journeys for new launches and regional requests, ensuring timely reception of elements and effective testing processes.
- Manage product and content creation following briefs from the Content Team, deploying implementations for all languages managed by the website.
Daily Operations
- Oversee regional change requests, maintaining high-quality and relevance on the website, and operating project management software to effectively implement changes.
- Establish or enhance processes to ensure qualitative workflows and collaborate with the Product Owners and IT team to stay up-to-date on functional evolutions.
Website Functionalities
- Work closely with the IT team to understand how new functionalities are created, taking ownership of their implementation on the business side.
- Follow up on evolutions made to existing functionalities, ensuring smooth rollouts and implementations, and providing input on pain points to enhance daily operations and streamline processes.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in E-Commerce or related fields
- Experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or other E-Commerce platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills, including diagnosing issues and taking appropriate actions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
