Hermès is seeking a customer service representative to join its European e-commerce entity and customer relation center. As a bilingual client advisor, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing exceptional service to Hermès customers in Germany and other European countries.
About the European E-commerce Entity
The European e-commerce entity is responsible for the online distribution of Hermès products in 17 European countries, as well as customer service for European stores. You will work in a multicultural team and be part of the front office team, which is responsible for managing customer relationships and providing support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer relationships and providing exceptional service to Hermès customers in Germany and other European countries.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing product information and advice to customers.
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service.
