Hermès is seeking a highly skilled bilingual client advisor to join its European e-commerce entity and customer relation center.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with European e-commerce customers
- Provide product information and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Make outgoing calls to proactively approach clients
- Improve the e-commerce customer experience
Candidate Profile
Language Skills
Fluency in German and English is required.
Professional Skills
- Strong sense of service and ability to create tailor-made solutions
- Excellent oral and writing skills in German and English
- Strong interpersonal skills and sharp sense of priorities
Experience
- Experience in the hotel, retail, or e-commerce sectors is an asset
- Experience in dealing directly with a demanding and international clientele
Working Conditions
- Part of a multicultural team, working closely with colleagues
- 35 hours and 30 minutes a week
- Based in Paris
- Fixed-term contract of 6 months
